You understand and agree that:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of deal information
• Deals may expire or change by the time you click on them
• We are not responsible for the quality of products or services offered by merchants
• Any transaction you make is between you and the merchant, not with Point Pair India Private Limited
• We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from using our Service

2. Deal Submissions

Our Service allows users to submit deals for a fee. By submitting a deal, you:

• Certify that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Understand that we reserve the right to reject any submission for any reason
• Acknowledge that submission fees are non-refundable regardless of whether your deal is published
• Agree that we may edit your submission for clarity, length, or content

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To submit false or misleading information
• To attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service
• To attempt to bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access
• To scrape or collect data from our Service without written permission
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Point Pair India Private Limited, a Point Pair India Private Limited employee, or another user

8. Refund Policy

Point Pair India Private Limited has a strict no-refund policy for all deal submission fees and any other payments made on our platform.

• All payments, once processed, are final and non-refundable under any circumstances
• This includes, but is not limited to, cases where your submitted deal is not published, is removed after publication, or contains errors
• No full or partial refunds will be issued regardless of the outcome of your deal submission
• By making a payment on our platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy

We encourage all users to carefully review their submissions before making payment, as you will not be able to obtain a refund once payment is complete.

9. Returns and Shipping

Point Pair India Private Limited is not an e-commerce website and does not sell, ship, or handle any physical products directly.

• We do not ship or deliver any products or services
• We do not process product returns, exchanges, or refunds for items purchased from merchants
• All product purchases, deliveries, and returns are handled directly by the third-party merchants we link to
• Any issues related to product delivery, quality, or returns must be addressed with the merchant from whom you purchased the item
• Each merchant has their own shipping and return policies which we have no control over

Our service is limited to providing information about deals and directing users to merchant websites. We are not responsible for and have no involvement in the shipping, delivery, or return processes of the merchants we feature.

10. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
